I really love that “Lancelot” post. I have a hard time with letting people help me (even when I need it), so it can be hard for me to remember to let men be men. I need to accept their kindness and consideration graciously and keep in mind that it’s actually a compliment if they think I’m a lady!

Mrs. P, I have a hard time with it, too. That article makes so much sense to me, and this is something we’ve had to learn in other areas, as well. It really helps me to see that by accepting offers of help, I’m actually BLESSING someone else. I think that as Christians, we need to learn to RECEIVE just as much as we need to learn to GIVE.
